Gloria Rodriguez-Gil is a Costa Rican-American with 20 years of yoga practice who holds a 500 HR certified Yoga Instructor from YogaWorks(RYT 500).
Gloria currently teaches Vinyasa Flow, and her style encourages students to move through the yoga practice, with conscious breathing and intention, into moments where they can feel more grounded, alive and peaceful. She believes that breaking down each pose into parts is key to getting from one asana to the next in a fluid and attainable manner so that the practitioners walk away discovering something new in each class.
Her classes are accompanied by music because she is convinced that it helps the practitioner to connect their movement, energy and emotions into one experience.
In addition to her yoga practice, Gloria has taught dance and movement to children with special needs and works as a Regional Coordinator for Latin America & the Caribbean at the Perkins School for the Blind.
