Continuing Flow
Continuing Flow is for students with a more experienced practice seeking to explore poses such as arm balances and inversions through a more vigorous vinyasa pace. This class will expand upon our Flow classes with instruction and sequencing to build strength and stamina while continuing to emphasize breath and alignment. You will be given options to modify as well as you will learn building blocks to advance safely to more challenging postures.
