Emma was drawn to yoga and meditation in her early 20’s as a way to support her own health and well-being, and her practice has been a cornerstone of her life since. Passionate about all things wellness, Emma believes that a consistent yoga practice can positively enhance every area of life. Her classes thoughtfully weave together gentle breathwork, meditation and mindful movement to create a grounding and accessible experience for all. Emma is a RYT 500 who completed her training at the Down Under School of Yoga.
