A native of Israel, Einat Peled-Katz grew up as a classically trained violinist and later served as an army officer. After taking her first yoga class in Boston in 2006, Einat discovered a physical activity that she actually liked!

As a dedicated student, Einat is inspired by different styles and methodologies of yoga. From her roots in power yoga, through the structure and subtleties of Iyengar yoga, to the dynamic transitions of vinyasa flow, Einat enjoys it all. Hands-on assists are also an integral part of Einat’s teaching; the right touch has the power to inform, transform, and connect teacher and student.

In Einat’s class, students can expect a strong alignment based flow supported by hands-on assists. Einat believes that this practice is for life and for everyone at every stage, promotes sustainability in practice through structural alignment. Above all, Einat enjoys sharing her joy and enthusiasm in movement and breath with students.
