Tracy Affonso
Tracy designed this seasonal flow series specifically to synchronize your practice with the natural rhythms of the Earth. With great care, she has created this series to coincide with a significant celestial event – the solstices and equinoxes – offering you a unique opportunity to connect deeper with yourself and the world around you.
Tracy is a registered 500 hr RYT having completed Jacqui Bonwell’s 200 hour teacher training, a 300 hour Beyond Teaching Yoga Mentorship training with Kevan Gale and a 300 hour training with Natasha Rizopoulos. These trainings not only expanded her own practice but also left her with a deeper understanding of the spiritual side of yoga, as well as established a personal daily meditation practice.
In 2016, Tracy completed Andrew Kelley’s Meditation for Everyone Teacher Training. As a long-time elementary school teacher in the public schools of Newton and Fall River, Tracy is experienced in leading both children and adults classes. Additionally, Tracy has participated on panels and leads workshops on bringing mindfulness into the classroom for Kripalu and the Massachusetts Teachers Association.
