Flow dynamically from one pose to the next in a sequence that links the breath with movement. Explore a variety of flow classes from classical vinyasa flow to foundations and more as you move mindfully and fluidly.

Experienced Flow
Experienced Flow is for students with a more experienced practice seeking to explore poses such as arm balances and inversions through a more vigorous vinyasa pace. This class will expand upon our Flow classes with instruction and sequencing to build strength and stamina while continuing to emphasize breath and alignment. You will be given options to modify as well as you will learn building blocks to advance safely to more challenging postures.

Flow
Vinyasa Flow or Flow classes move students dynamically in a sequence of sun salutations alongside postures that build strength, flexibility, focus and balance. The pace of a Flow class is steady and continuous so it is recommended to have a basic understanding of yoga. Teachers offer varying levels of modification, guided alignment and demonstration

Flow Fundamentals
Flow Fundamentals is great for beginners and those seeking foundations and proper alignment. All levels are welcome. And the pace is slower and moderate. You will learn the basics and how to modify and use props so you will have the confidence to join other classes. You can expect guidance for injuries and differing physical abilities.

Flow with Meditation
Flow with Meditation incorporates guided meditation as a core element of the class experience. Designed to calm the mind and relax the body, Flow with Meditation uses the breath and mindful intention as a guide throughout the sequence. All levels are welcome. Students should be comfortable with basic flow postures that require kneeling or lying down on the mat. The pace is moderate, steady and calming.
