With long, restful poses, Restorative Yoga features gentle opening poses and passive stretching of muscles, allowing you to connect with your breath and still your consciousness. Restorative yoga is mostly done on the floor, on your back or seated with the support of bolsters, blankets and blocks to enhance the relaxation experience. All levels are welcome. As a gentle class, restorative is suitable for recovery fitness days or for those recuperating from injury. You do not need any yoga experience. The pace is gentle and calming.
