Elena is a member of our front desk team, where she enjoys helping students feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they arrive. Elena also teaches Restorative Yoga on Tuesday evenings and she is passionate about sharing the mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga with the community. For Elena, yoga is a reminder to slow down, trust her body, and reconnect with her breath. Recognizing that many are not always comfortable entering a yoga class, she strives to create an experience that feels grounding, inclusive, and supportive for all students. Outside the studio, you can often find Elena out in nature, writing and reading poetry and cooking for friends. She also works as a therapeutic middle school teacher, where she helps her students find calm and balance throughout their day.
