Susan Mulski started Iyengar yoga in 2001 as a fun challenge to complement her hiking, skiing and snowboarding pursuits. She continues practising yoga because of its positive impact on her life off the mat.
Susan graduated from Patricia Walden’s teacher training class in 2018 and became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 2019. She studies regularly with senior teachers Manju Vachher, Jarvis Chen, and her very first yoga teacher, Roni Brissette. She has attended Iyengar yoga conferences in Florida and Texas and workshops throughout the U.S.
In addition to yoga, Susan is an ardent advocate for the arts. She has worked at the MFA, written art reviews for Art New England for over 25 years, and served on the Brookline Arts Commission. She credits yoga for getting her away from her desk, not to mention improving her posture.
Susan is passionate about the transformative power of yoga for your body as well as your mind.
