For Liz, yoga is the integration of a conscious practice of physical yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. The practice of yoga can be a means to being more present and to experiencing balance and calm in life.
Liz teaches Restorative Yoga at Artemis Yoga. In this class, students can expect to explore a bit of gentle movement, then settle into stillness and serenity. Liz also often incorporates Yoga Nidra in her restorative class.
Liz Reiser is a yoga certified teacher from both Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and YogaWorks. In 2010, after practicing yoga for 15 years, Liz decided to deepen her relationship to this age-old practice and embarked on the teacher training program at Kripalu. It was a life changing experience and reaffirmed her commitment to this beautiful tradition. Since then, Liz enrolled in a second teacher training through YogaWorks in order to better explore the importance of alignment.
