With a slower pace than a regular flow class, a Slow Flow class moves mindfully with longer pose holds that allow you time and space to observe its subtle effect. The pace is slow and deliberate. Slow Flow is not Restorative yoga; the instructor moves from pose-to-pose bringing you deeper into your practice so that you can quiet the mind, calm the nervous system and open the body. All levels are welcome and anyone from beginner to advanced can benefit from this class.
